Stephanie Abbott
Steph trained and started her career as a lawyer, then moved into firm strategy and management. She now has over 25 years of experience in organisational development, strategy and leadership across global professional services. She has coached and mentored individual leaders as well as developed and designed programmes for high-potential senior business services professionals, and prospective and newly promoted partners.
As a consultant, she has advised senior stakeholders and practice leaders in national and international law firms, Big 4 accounting and government. Steph teaches organisational culture and knowledge management with the UNSW School of Law and Justice, and consults on leadership and executive development to Sydney Executive Plus, an initiative of the University of Sydney Business School.
As a coach, Steph helps leaders focus on what matters most: what to prioritise and what to let go of. She guides leaders in developing high-performing cultures and collaborative relationships that align with organisational purpose, and in setting boundaries and standards for their teams and themselves. Stephanie works with all levels of leadership, from senior to new and emerging leaders, including those grappling with thorny leadership challenges and building cohesive, high-performing teams. Steph works to solve the common challenges of leaders, including:
