Jane is a leadership coach, former Big Law attorney, and corporate leader. She is passionate about helping lawyers and professionals grow as leaders, navigate demanding careers, and build sustainable success.
Her coaching is grounded in the belief that many high-performing professionals are capable of far more success, fulfillment, and sustainability than they currently experience. She works with clients to build self-awareness, challenge limiting patterns, and tap into their strengths so they can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
Jane brings nearly two decades of experience as a Big Law attorney and in-house legal executive. She practiced corporate law at leading firms including Sullivan & Cromwell, Hogan Lovells, and Jackson Walker, and later served as Deputy General Counsel at Citizens, Inc. and Legal Director at National Instruments. Throughout her legal career, she advised senior leadership on complex, high-stakes matters and led initiatives in leadership development, risk management, and organizational effectiveness.
Jane has coached lawyers at all levels, from junior associates to senior partners, as well as professionals and executives across industries. She provides one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and leadership development programs.
