Work with Fiona

Fiona brings over 25 years’ experience in leadership and organisational development, change management, and learning and development. She has held leadership roles driving innovation and change across private enterprise, government, emergency management, and education sectors, developing leadership frameworks and programs while building multi-stakeholder relations to enable inter-organisational and interdisciplinary initiatives.

As an organisational consultant, Fiona applies a systems psychodynamic approach to understand the interplay between system, organisation, and individual. She works collaboratively to create environments where trust and learning thrive, supporting organisations to build relationships that generate lasting effectiveness.

As an executive coach, she draws on deep leadership expertise to coach leaders across diverse roles and sectors. As a researcher, she works with organisations to identify barriers and enablers to research utilisation, building strategies that help systems take up and apply new knowledge.

Fiona has a particular interest in the impact of disruptive environments, including climate change, on management and group dynamics, and the capacity of organisations to remain purpose-focused and to learn from experience. Her findings offer practical application for understanding group dynamics in contemporary organisations.
