Pip Clarke

Pip is a senior leadership specialist with a passion for leadership, human development and business differentiation. She has worked in leadership consulting at senior levels for 25 years and brings with her personal leadership experience as a board member and senior leader in the corporate world. She has a real sense of how to create value for clients through understanding high performance environments, strategy and implementation, commercial priorities and how to engage people behind key challenges. 

Pip has coached hundreds of senior executives across industry sectors supporting them to make significant developmental shifts to new roles, navigate complex challenges, influence more effectively, overcome the sense of overwhelm, resolve interpersonal challenges and deal with conflict. 

She also specialises in facilitating groups and teams to reach new levels of performance and has extensive experience delivering leadership development programmes within the professional service sector.

Pip’s style of coaching is thought-provoking and engaging with strong energy. Her role in any relationship is to challenge you, create deep insight on what is holding you back to make significant developmental shifts. She is hugely ambitious for clients. She will always encourage clients to push the boundaries in the pursuit of becoming world calibre leaders.

Pip started her career working in television as a political journalist in the UK. As a member of the Westminster lobby, she observed global leaders at close quarters, reported on domestic and international politics, sparking a life-time fascination in what delivers and inhibits high performance. 

Inspired by these insights into global leaders, Pip made the transition to the corporate world as a founding board member to launch an innovative UK startup. Her most recent business leader role was in a global coaching business where she led the expansion strategy for EMEA/AsiaPac.

Pip is recognised by the Association for Coaching as an executive coach, is a qualified Mediator, certified in Occupational Testing a member of the British Psychological Society and is accredited in a wide range of psychometric instruments. She also has a BA joint honours degree from London University and studied Occupational Psychology with the Open University.

  • British Psychological Society (BPS) member – Level A&B Certified in Occupational Testing.
  • Certified Mediator through the London School of Mediation.
  • Certified to facilitate MBTI,  Strengthscope, Saville Wave, Talent Q, Psysoft EQiV2, Lominger 360, Complete Values Profile, Complete HRV, Podium 365 suite of instruments.
  • Certified in Schroder High Performance Behavioural Leadership framework.
  • Member of Association for Coaching.
  • BA Joint honours degree from London University and studied Occupational Psychology with the Open University.
