Peter is a highly credentialed Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience working in the Asia Pacific region with a single-minded focus – to help leaders and leadership teams achieve their potential.

Peter’s capacity to support and challenge clients is built on 20 years senior executive experience across a diverse range of industries in both the public and private sectors. He is an accredited Company Director (Fellow, AICD) and until recently was the Board Chair of Yourtown & Kids Helpline, a national organisation dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable youth.

Peter believes effective leadership is founded on high self- awareness and encourages his clients to develop their own unique leadership approach, constantly exploring their purpose, possibilities and progress. He is regarded as both supportive and challenging, helping executives and professionals to develop their capacity, strategic insight and effectiveness through evidence-based coaching. He has particular interests in positive psychology, neuroscience and developing resilience for high performance.

Peter is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and as such abides by the Federation’s Code of Ethics, and an Affiliate Member, Institute of Coaching (IOC), at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate.

He is proficient in the application of various psychometric assessment and profiling tools including the Hogan suite of assessments. 

Peter enjoys time with family, travel, and is actively involved in a wide range of community activities including rugby, surf lifesaving, running, golf, and triathlon. He was awarded the National Medal for services to surf lifesaving in 2024 and represented Australia at the World Age Triathlon championships in 2015, 2017 and 2018.
