Dimity Brown is a practising lawyer and executive coach to lawyers. Dimity has spent more than 20 years in Australia’s largest commercial law firms. Over the course of her legal career Dimity specialised in International Trade Law, Admiralty & Maritime Law and International Dispute Resolution.

Dimity is a qualified executive coach with a Master of Science (Coaching Psychology) Degree from the University of Sydney. She is a member of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching (AC).

Dimity uses her passion, experience and evidence-based coaching methods, to help clients:

prevent burnout
deal with difficult personalities or situations
clarify and distil their thinking
make sustainable, values-based decisions in their career and their life
be motivated to achieve their goals
flourish and lead in a sustainable and fulfilling way

In addition to one-on-one coaching, Dimity also offers small group coaching and workshops covering topics of direct relevance to lawyers, their performance and their wellbeing.
