20Noo has practiced in the United Kingdom as a barrister before moving into the learning arena as Director of Legal Skills Training at the University of Warwick School of Law. A Certified Business Psychologist with the Association for Business Psychology and a qualified executive coach (ILM Level 7), Noo is a multiple award-winning coach within the professional services arena.
Noo specialises in supporting leaders through transitions into new roles or through changes of professional focus by helping them to recognise their own innate abilities and capacities. She uses psychometric profiling and a wide range of leadership tools and techniques in her practice.
A skilled and insightful executive coach, Noo’s extensive legal and corporate Board‐level experience enables her to quickly “get to the heart” of problems. She has worked with leaders and top‐teams in the public, private and not‐ for‐profit sectors in the UK and overseas. Qualified in a range of psychometric tools, Noo uses these insights with clients to help raise individual awareness and generate opportunities.
Passionate about people, learning and personal growth, Noo has quickly become a sought‐ after coach and learning facilitator, winning several national awards including the Association for Business Psychology Award Excellence in Training and Coaching in 2016, 2017 and 2021.
